- The heater and electrical system are protected by a 1-year warranty, ensuring you're covered against manufacturer-related faults or malfunctions.
Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of routine maintenance. The sauna must be installed per the user manual guidelines.
- While we are an authorized retailer of Revive products, all warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer. For issues or claims, please contact them directly at sales@reviveplunge.com.
