At World Class Spas (Medusa Mergers LLC), we work hard to make shipping as simple and transparent as possible. Most products ship free within the continental United States with standard curbside delivery, while upgraded services such as threshold delivery and white glove setup are available on select items and locations for an additional fee.

1. Shipping Eligibility & Service Area

  • We currently ship only within the United States.
  • No shipping is available outside the USA.
  • Some remote, island, or hard-to-access locations may require special handling or incur additional delivery fees. If this applies, we will contact you before finalizing your shipment.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing Times

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means:

  • We have received your order in our system.
  • Your payment method has been pre-authorized for the purchase.

Processing Times

  • Most orders are processed and released to the manufacturer or warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Processing does not include weekends, holidays, or pre-order lead times listed on specific product pages.

If we anticipate a delay beyond normal processing times (for example, backordered items or extended manufacturer lead times), we will notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.

3. Standard Shipping & Transit Times

Unless otherwise specified on the product page, most items include free standard curbside shipping within the contiguous United States.

  • Standard transit times for most shipments are approximately 5–7 business days after the order leaves the warehouse.
  • Some large or specialty products (such as saunas, hot tubs, cold plunge units, and massage chairs) may require freight (LTL) shipping and can take 5–10 business days, depending on carrier and location.
  • Pre-order items, made-to-order products, or custom builds will follow the estimated lead times listed on the product page.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier volume, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

We use a combination of parcel carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and freight carriers (LTL) for larger or heavier items. Available delivery options will vary by brand, product, and shipping address.

Common shipping options include:

  • Standard Curbside Delivery (Free on most items)
    Delivered to the curb or end of the driveway. The driver is not responsible for bringing the item inside your home or onto the property.
  • Threshold Delivery
    The driver brings the item to your front door, garage, or first dry area inside your home (where available).
  • Freight (LTL) Delivery
    Used for heavy or oversized items such as saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges, and chambers. Delivery is typically curbside and may require you to move the shipment from the curb to the final location.

Available options and any associated costs will be:

  • Displayed on specific product pages, and/or
  • Quoted by our team if you request upgraded delivery.

5. White Glove Delivery, Threshold & Assembly

On select products and in select regions, we offer white glove–level delivery services through trusted third-party providers. These services range from Threshold delivery (entry-level white glove) to full setup with assembly and, where available, utility connections.

White glove service tiers include:

  1. Threshold Delivery (Entry-Level White Glove) – Item is brought just inside the first dry area of your home (front door, garage, porch). No unboxing or assembly.
  2. White Glove Basic – Room-of-choice delivery and packaging removal. No assembly.
  3. White Glove Premium – Room-of-choice delivery, partial or full assembly (where permitted), and packaging removal.
  4. White Glove + Utility Connections – Delivery, placement, assembly, and coordination of licensed electrical or plumbing connections (if available in your area and applicable to the product).

Important:

  • Threshold and white glove services must be purchased and scheduled in advance.
  • Assembly and utility work may extend overall delivery completion by 5–10 business days.
  • Availability, scope, and pricing vary widely by product, brand, and region.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, we will send tracking details to your email.

  • Tracking is typically provided within 24 hours of shipment.
  • If you do not receive tracking within 6 business days, contact Support@WorldClassSpas.com.

7. Freight Deliveries (LTL) & Signatures

Many larger products ship via freight (LTL) carriers and require a signature upon delivery.

  • An adult 18+ must be present to sign for the shipment.
  • Freight carriers typically call ahead to schedule a delivery window.

Liftgate Service:

  • Most residential freight deliveries include liftgate service.
  • Oversized crates (92”+) may not fit on liftgates. In these cases, customer assistance or special equipment may be required.

8. Address Changes, Missed or Refused Deliveries

  • Address changes after shipment may incur carrier fees (e.g., Dundalk charges $250 for reconsignment).
  • Missed deliveries may result in storage fees or redelivery charges.
  • Do not refuse delivery unless the shipment is severely damaged. Unauthorized refusals may incur return shipping and restocking fees.

9. PO Boxes, APO/FPO & International Shipping

  • Freight items cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO.
  • We currently do not ship outside the United States.

10. Damaged Shipments & What to Do on Delivery

  • Inspect packaging for visible damage before signing.
  • Note any damage on the Bill of Lading and take photos/videos.
  • Email Support@WorldClassSpas.com within 24 hours to report damage.

11. Policy Acceptance

By placing an order on WorldClassSpas.com, you agree to this Shipping Policy as well as our Terms of Service, Return, Refund & Delivery Terms, and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with this Shipping Policy, please do not use the Site or place an order.
