For indoor saunas, CEVA will deliver and place the unit inside your home. If you want professional assembly and installation, Pure Install will handle the complete setup including electrical connections and safety testing.
For outdoor units, CEVA delivers to your property. Pure Install can then assemble the sauna on a grounded pad, review electrical connections, and ensure everything is properly installed and tested for safe operation.
After your purchase, our team will contact you to schedule your CEVA delivery within your preferred timeframe. If you choose Pure Install, we will coordinate the installation appointment after delivery is confirmed.
CEVA delivery is typically scheduled within 2-4 weeks of your order. Pure Install appointments are usually available within 1-2 weeks after delivery. Exact timing varies by location and season.
