These Mobile Terms of Service (“Mobile Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS/text message service (the “Service”) operated by World Class Spas (Medusa Mergers LLC). By enrolling or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Program Description

The Service provides updates, promotions, order notifications, and customer support messages from World Class Spas to your mobile device. We may modify, suspend, or cancel any feature of the Service at any time without notice.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages sent by or on behalf of World Class Spas to the mobile number you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Messages may include:

  • Promotional offers
  • Order updates or reminders
  • Account alerts
  • Customer support responses

You also agree that your mobile number may be contacted even if registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

3. No Purchase Required

Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Enrollment in the Service is entirely optional.

4. Message Frequency & Charges

Message frequency varies. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any message and data rates imposed by your carrier. Check your mobile plan for details.

You are solely responsible for all charges associated with SMS messaging, including those from your wireless provider.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of the Service at any time:

  • Or click the unsubscribe link in any text message (where available)

You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you initiate contact or re-enroll.

If you subscribe to multiple World Class Spas SMS programs, you must opt out of each separately unless required by law.

7. Phone Number Changes

You agree to provide an accurate, valid mobile number. If you obtain a new phone number, you must re-enroll in the Service using your new number. Messages sent to a changed or invalid number may not be received.

8. Message Delivery Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Failed delivery, delayed delivery, or misdirected messages
  • Errors in the information sent via SMS
  • Any action taken or not taken based on SMS content

9. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Information we collect through the Service is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Modifications to These Terms

We may update or modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service confirms your acceptance of any revisions.
