Refund & Return Policy

Airvida offers a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery for the Alpha 90 Hard Shell Hyperbaric Chamber. All return requests and damage reports must be made directly to World Class Spas via our toll-free number (866) 527‑9516 or Support@worldclassspas.com.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

✔️ In its original packaging and in the same condition as received
✔️ Free of any signs of setup, operation, or installation
✔️ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or customer name)

Custom units (e.g., chambers with personalized logos or modifications) are non‑returnable.

How to Start a Return

• Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the proper return address.
• Returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

• All shipping damage or order discrepancies must be reported to World Class Spas within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the product serial number, along with a brief written description.
• This 24‑hour reporting window is required for freight carrier insurance claims — late reports may be denied.

Non-Returnable Items
