Shipping & Return Policy
Curbside delivery is defined as residential tailgate delivery. Final curbside delivery location is at the discretion of the driver. Swim spa deliveries only include flatbed delivery to the consumer's address. The consumer is responsible for offloading the swim spa.
Commercial and residential shipping is free! Spas can take between 1-2 weeks to ship after order is processed.
If you choose to cancel your order after the massage chair has shipped, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, including the return freight.
Returns only valid with confirmed RMA number. Item must be returned at buyer's cost. Customer subject to restocking fee of 25% the original cost of the item if the item is deemed unsellable as new. Product may only be returned within 30 days of original purchase. Items that were refused upon delivery will NOT be refunded. Installed control packs, spas, pumps and circuit boards are final sale and cannot be returned.
