Shell Structure – 10 Years A decade of warranty against leaks or structural failure from defects.
Shell Surface – 2 Years Backed for acrylic surface durability, including cracking or delaminating.
Parts & Labor – 2 Years All key electrical components and plumbing systems are protected, with labor included.
What Is Not Covered
While your spa is backed by a robust warranty, the following items are excluded from coverage:
Damage from improper installation, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Use of non-approved chemicals or poor water maintenance
Cosmetic issues like fading, scratches, or discoloration due to UV, heat, or chemical damage
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering with components
Damage due to natural disasters, flooding, or acts of God
Filter cartridges, spa covers, pillows, and other consumable accessories (considered wear items)
Any freight or labor costs related to unauthorized service providers
How To File Warrenty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
Gather Details: Include your order number, date of purchase, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.

Warrenty Service & Maintenance
Canadian Spa reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at their discretion. In most cases, serviceable components will be shipped directly to the customer with instructions for easy installation. In-home technician visits may be arranged when required, though service availability may vary by location.
Customers are responsible for regular spa maintenance. Failure to maintain water chemistry or operate the spa within recommended parameters may void parts of the warranty.
Transferability
This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless specifically arranged through an authorized Canadian Spa dealer.
Power & Heating Information (Plug & Play Models)
The Acrylic Plug & Play spas operate on a 120V household outlet. This setup allows the spa to run the heater and low-speed jets at the same time, but when the high-speed jets are activated, the heater automatically pauses.
Initial heating may take 24–48 hours, which is normal for 120V Plug & Play models.
If you’d like to run the heater and high-speed jets simultaneously, the spa can be converted to 240V.
⚠️ Disclaimer: Any electrical service, including 240V conversion, must be carried out by a licensed electrician. Failure to do so may void the manufacturer’s warranty.

Delivery Timeframes
In-Stock Items: 1–2 business days to ship + 5–10 business days in transit (total: ~1–2 weeks).
Made-to-Order Products: Typically 4–6 weeks before shipping due to production times.
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery Requirements
Standard freight shipping is curbside only.
Customers are responsible for moving the product to its final location.
Larger shipments (especially crates over 92”) may require a forklift or manual uncrating for unloading.

Address Changes & Fees
Changing the delivery address after shipment may incur a $250 re-routing fee.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional fees.
Damage Inspection Upon Delivery

Note any visible damage, take photos, and contact us within 24 hours.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Canceled orders are subject to freight charges and restocking fees.
Returns & Restocking
Returns require an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
The customer is responsible for all return freight costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
