Your Luna Sauna comes with a three (3) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

• What’s Covered: The structure, hardware, and materials used in the sauna.
• What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, maintenance neglect (e.g., failure to tighten bands or stain the sauna).
• Service & Parts: This is a parts-only warranty—labor and service costs are not included.

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the continental USA on qualifying orders. Our shipping process is designed to ensure a seamless delivery experience, but there are important details customers should be aware of:

• Processing & Delivery Time:

  • Orders typically ship within 4-6 weeks, depending on product availability.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

• Delivery Requirements:

  • Larger shipments (crates over 92” in length) require the customer to arrange unloading with a forklift or by manually uncrating.
  • Shipping carriers provide curbside delivery only. It is the customer’s responsibility to move the product to the desired location.

• Address Changes & Fees:

  • Any changes to the delivery address after the order has left the factory will result in a $250 re-routing fee.
  • If delivery is refused or cannot be completed due to incorrect shipping details, the customer may be charged additional fees.

• Damage Inspection Upon Delivery:

  • Customers must inspect shipments upon arrival and report any damages or missing parts within 30 days.
  • If visible damage is noticed upon delivery, please note it on the bill of lading and take photos before accepting the shipment.

Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature and size of our products, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage. However, if a product must be returned, the following conditions apply:

• Returns & Restocking:

  • Returns must be pre-approved by Dundalk Leisurecraft.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.

• Order Cancellations:

  • Orders canceled within 14 days of placement: No penalty.
  • Orders canceled after 14 days: Subject to a $65 cancellation fee.
  • Orders cannot be canceled within 7 days of shipping.

• Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of damage (photos) must be submitted for review.
  • Replacement parts or product repairs will be provided at Dundalk’s discretion.
