Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

At World Class Spas, we strive to ensure every customer receives a seamless, stress-free delivery experience when purchasing luxury wellness products. As an authorized reseller of brands like Revive and Dundalk Leisurecraft, we follow strict guidelines for shipping, returns, and service. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

🚚 Shipping Policy

Free Standard Shipping:

• Available for qualifying orders within the continental USA.

Processing & Payment:

• • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days once payment clears.
  • Credit/debit card transactions may take 2–3 business days to process.

Delivery Timeframes:

• • Made-to-Order Products (Most Dundalk Saunas): Typically 4–6 weeks before shipping due to handcrafted production times.
  • In-Stock Items (If Available): 1–2 business days to ship + 5–10 business days in transit (total: ~1–2 weeks).
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Delivery Requirements:

• • Standard freight shipping is curbside only.
  • Customers are responsible for moving the product to its final location.
  • Larger shipments (especially crates over 92”) may require a forklift or manual uncrating for unloading.

White Glove Delivery (Paid Upgrade):

For a hassle-free experience, you can request a custom quote for White Glove services:

• • Placement: Delivery inside home/backyard, unpacking, debris removal (no assembly).
  • Assembly: Placement plus full setup (no electrical/plumbing).
  • Premium Installation: Placement, assembly, and licensed electrical/plumbing hookup (select areas).

Address Changes & Fees:

• • Changing delivery address after shipment may incur a $250 re-routing fee.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect details may result in additional fees.

Damage Inspection Upon Delivery:

• • Inspect all shipments before signing the bill of lading.
  • Note any visible damage, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours.
  • Hidden damages must be reported within 30 days.

↩️ Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellations:

• • Within 14 days of placement: No penalty.
  • After 14 days but before shipping: Subject to a $65 cancellation fee.
  • Within 7 days of scheduled shipping: Orders cannot be canceled.

Returns & Restocking:

• • Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
  • All returns must be pre-approved by Dundalk Leisurecraft.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
  • The customer is responsible for all return freight costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items:

• • Custom or made-to-order products.
  • Used, installed, or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturer defects.
  • Accessories, replacement parts, or consumables.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• • Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos and a description for review.
  • Replacement parts or repairs will be provided at Dundalk’s discretion.

Refund Processing:

• • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
