Your Savannah Standing Shower comes with a five (5) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
What’s Covered: The structure, hardware, and materials used in the sauna.
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, weather-related damage, maintenance neglect (e.g., failure to tighten bands or stain the sauna).
Service & Parts: This is a parts-only warranty—labor and service costs are not included.

Delivery Timeframes:
Made-to-Order Products (Most Dundalk Saunas): Typically 4–6 weeks before shipping due to handcrafted production times.
In-Stock Items (If Available): 1–2 business days to ship + 5–10 business days in transit (total: ~1–2 weeks).
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Delivery Requirements:
Standard freight shipping is curbside only.
Customers are responsible for moving the product to its final location.
Larger shipments (especially crates over 92”) may require a forklift or manual uncrating for unloading.

Placement: Delivery inside home/backyard, unpacking, debris removal (no assembly).

Address Changes & Fees:
Changing delivery address after shipment may incur a $250 re-routing fee.

Order Cancellations:
Within 14 days of placement: No penalty.
After 14 days but before shipping: Subject to a $65 cancellation fee.
Within 7 days of scheduled shipping:Orders cannot be canceled.
Returns & Restocking:
Returns are only accepted for products with manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
All returns must be pre-approved by Dundalk Leisurecraft.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns.
The customer is responsible for all return freight costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or made-to-order products.
Used, installed, or damaged items not caused by shipping or manufacturer defects.
Accessories, replacement parts, or consumables.
Damaged or Defective Items:
Must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Provide photos and a description for review.
Replacement parts or repairs will be provided at Dundalk’s discretion.
Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
