Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Time:
Most customers receive their Airvida Compression Boots in 3–7 business days after processing, depending on location and carrier speed.

Shipping Method:

Refund & Return Policy

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Custom units (e.g., chambers with personalized logos or modifications) are non‑returnable.

How to Start a Return

• Contact World Class Spas at (866) 527‑9516 or Support@worldclassspas.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and the proper return address.
• Returns without prior RMA approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

• All shipping damage or order discrepancies must be reported to World Class Spas within 24 hours of delivery.
• You must provide clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the product serial number, along with a brief written description.
• This 24‑hour reporting window is required for freight carrier insurance claims — late reports may be denied.

Return & Refund Process
