Orders are processed within 2–3 business days once payment clears.
Standard freight delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, though delivery may take up to 30 business days in rare cases (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
All standard deliveries are threshold/curbside unless upgraded.
Delivery Options
Ceragem offers two main delivery options:
Threshold Delivery (Included)
Delivery to the first dry area of your home (garage, front porch, or foyer).
Does not include moving the product to your final room or assembly.
Customers are responsible for placement and setup.
White Glove Delivery (Paid Upgrade)
Delivery into the room of your choice.
Includes unpacking, full assembly, and packaging removal.
Must be selected at checkout.
Please note: White Glove Delivery fees are non-refundable.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if the unit is unused, in original packaging, and requested within 14 days of delivery.
A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on condition of the returned item.
All returns must be initiated through World Class Spas — Ceragem does not accept consumer-direct returns.
Freight charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Restocking Fees (per Ceragem USA/Service Center Info):
A 20% restocking fee applies to items returned within their 14-day return policy, provided they are new and unused.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellations
Within 24 Hours of Order → Cancellations or modifications are allowed with no penalty.
After 24 Hours → Orders are locked for processing and cannot be canceled or changed.
After Shipment → Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Customers may instead request a return (subject to Ceragem’s return policy and restocking fees).
Action Required → Customers must contact us immediately via support@worldclassspas.com or (866) 527-9516 to request cancellation within the allowed timeframe.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products cannot be returned if:
Used in commercial, industrial, or rental environments
Returned in unsanitary condition (stains, odors, pet hair, mold, etc.)
Modified, heavily used, or not in resalable condition
Return Authorization
All returns require pre-approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
