- Service Options: Depending on the issue, warranty support may include on-site repair service or return-for-service arrangements.
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage due to natural disasters, power surges, or external causes
- Any issues resulting from animal damage, liquid spills, or stains

- Standard freight delivery typically takes 10–14 business days, though delivery may take up to 30 business days in rare cases (e.g., weather, carrier delays).
- All standard deliveries are threshold/curbside unless upgraded.
Delivery Options
Kahuna offers two main delivery options:

Threshold Delivery (Included)
- Delivery to the first dry area of your home (garage, front porch, or foyer).
- Does not include moving the product to your final room or assembly.
- Customers are responsible for placement and setup.

- Includes unpacking, full assembly, and packaging removal.
- Must be selected at checkout.

Return Policy
- Claims for defects or missing parts must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- All return requests must go through World Class Spas — Kahuna does not accept direct consumer returns.
- Products must be returned in original Kahuna packaging, free of external damage or markings.
Restocking Fees (per Kahuna policy):
- Minimum 15% if in original box and resalable.
- Up to 35% if unboxed but still resalable.
- Higher fees may apply if the product is damaged but repairable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Freight charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations
- Orders canceled before shipping may be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after shipping require the customer to cover all shipping costs, including return freight.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products cannot be returned if:
