Your DreamPod V-Max Float Pod comes with a one (1) year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal commercial or residential use. The structural fiberglass shell is covered for two (2) years, while electronic and mechanical components carry one (1) year of coverage.
What’s Covered: The fiberglass structure, titanium heater, filtration components, pumps, and electronic control systems.
What’s Not Covered: Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, neglect, or damage caused by non-approved chemicals, flooding, or unauthorized modifications.
Service & Parts: This is a parts-only warranty—labor, shipping, or on-site service costs are not included. Replacement parts retain the remaining original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.

Standard freight shipping is curbside only.

After 14 days but before shipping: Subject to a $65 cancellation fee.

Returns & Restocking:

All returns require pre-approval by DreamPod.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee applies to eligible returns.
