What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or negligence
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Damage due to natural disasters, power surges, or external causes
• Any issues resulting from animal damage, liquid spills, or stains
• Commercial, industrial, rental, or institutional use
• Shipping fees related to service (if applicable)

Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of confirmed payment, after which shipping is arranged via trusted freight carriers. Standard delivery typically takes 10 to 14 business days; however, due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may extend up to 30 business days. All deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged.

This process ensures smooth coordination with our fulfillment partners and allows for a streamlined delivery timeline once your order has been verified.

Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Products must be returned in Kahuna Chair’s original packaging, without any writing or external markings.
• All return requests must go through us as your authorized dealer — Kahuna Chair does not handle returns directly from consumers.
• If the product is returned due to reasons not caused by Kahuna Chair (e.g., change of mind, wrong order), the following restocking fees will apply:
  • 15% – in original box and resalable condition
  • 25% – without original box but in resalable condition
  • 50% – if product is damaged but repairable

• Freight charges are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility on all return shipments unless damage is caused by Kahuna Chair during shipping.

Cancellations

If you choose to cancel your order after the massage chair has shipped, you will be responsible for all associated shipping costs, including the return freight.

Non-Returnable Conditions

• Damage due to industrial, rental, or commercial use
• Improper use, physical damage, or unsanitary conditions (e.g., stains, mold, pet damage, etc.)
