The heater warranty and electrical components warranty provide 1 year of coverage for manufacturer-related faults or malfunctions.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, or lack of routine sauna maintenance. The sauna must be installed according to the user manual guidelines.
Extended Warranty Options – SureBright
Upgrade your protection with a SureBright extended warranty. Choose a 2-year or 3-year extended sauna warranty to extend coverage beyond the standard warranty. This additional plan protects against defects and failures during normal use. Claims can be filed directly through SureBright’s website.
